1. Asst. Manager-Business Development

Location : Noida

Role objective

We needs Business Development Executives to assist business development department.

Responsibilities  

  • Company profile and brochure updation
  • Regular updation of projects, clients, key professionals or incumbents
  • Updation on details of regional coordinators (RCs) and office details of the premises on the company’s letter head.
  • Talking and coordinating with Advisors for association with GRC INDIA
  • Coordination with experts for enlarging National Technical Pool (NTP) for the accredited sectors as per the EIA Notification and MoEF&CC guidelines
  • Coordinating  and building relations with the prospective individuals/ organizations for business generation and enlarging the base for building the National Business Development (NBD)
  • Obtaining their consents time to time for associateship
  • Updating the advisers with new regulations, policies and amendments related to the scope of EIA Business 
  • Regular calls and information updation
  • Maintaining records on the conversation with clients, advisors and keep them updated with the minutes to avoid ambiguity later
  • Maintaining HRF to track the conversation
  • Submission of Daily Progress Report (DPR) and Weekly Progress Report (WPR) in consultation with seniors, Submission of weekly  and monthly MMA reports
  • Maintaining the work order receipt register, the running total of the same received, track and follow up for the mobilization amount
  • Look after the EIA and Lab business opportunities available around and grab the same

Others

  • Looking after the marketing, communication and brand building activities viz. organizing the seminars, workshops, conferences if any, mass mails, coordination with other stakeholders, relationship with the prospects etc.
  • Meeting with the clients and getting the work orders and look for the other opportunities available

Skills and experience

  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Good in computers MS-OFFICE and Internet.
  • Ability to work independently .
  • Candidate must have energetic approach and zeal to work on targets .
  • MBA freshers can also apply

Qualification: Graduation in Environment/Chemistry/Biotechnology/Energy, MBA with specialization in sales & marketing from a reputed institute

Experienced Required: Candidate should have 0.5 - 2 years of exp in Sales, Marketing & Business Development.

2. CESR Manager (Corporate Environment Social Responsibility)

Location : Noida

Number of Position: 1

Role objective  & Responsibilities

  • To determine the organization’s objective for corporate environment and social responsibility (CSER) providing expertise, advice and direction while using wide digital marketing and network for CESR fund raising.
  • To write proposal as per target client and make presentation to client.
  • To develop an effective CESR program encompassing environment, workplace, community and marketplace that will deliver agreed CESR targets.
  • To understand industry standards for measurement and establish CESR performance indicators for mandatory compliance according to the Companies Act 2013.
  • To develop and author an annual CESR report that provides clear direction on strategy, delivery and performance.
  • To establish charity partnership programs and develops relationships with key business contacts within partners.
  • To act as the main point of contact for Janma Bhoomi-Karma Bhoomi model of the organization in digital framework.
  • To manage the company’s Business in the Community CR index submission.
  • To ensure effective communication methods are in place to communicate business ethics. CESR targets and performance.
  • To act as the knowledge leader and expert for CESR.
  • Fund raising from large corporates & government agencies, generate leads, manage & supervise team.
  • Independently understand & analyze annual reports to understand CSR spending.
  • Prepare proposal and submit it to client.
  • Evaluating the process of RFP, preparing the quotations/MoU etc.
  • Manage community engagement with holistic design, development and implementation of the CESR program in the corporate field.
  • Create marketing content including brochures, case studies and web content through collaboration with leadership, subject matter experts and external agencies.
  • Can play role as Advisor the public affairs colleagues.

3. Business Development Manager – KPO (Environment)

Location : Noida

Role objective  & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for new business development involving prospect development, understanding business and technology scenario and needs, identifying opportunities, solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in preparation of proposals.
  • End-to-end responsibility for designing and executing the strategic sales plan for securing new clients. This includes but is not limited to prospect targeting, engagement, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and post-closing.
  • Create proposals, contracts and any further required documentation. Respond to RFQ/RFP's and requests for information.
  • Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking.
  • Generate client awareness and preference for the business and its services. May include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles, presenting in business forums, business associations, etc.
  • Build business transformation propositions for prospects/ industries and present these to prospective customers.
  • Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects
  • Recommend which opportunities the business should pursue using criteria such as highest probability of winning, profit potential, etc.

Skills and experience

  • At-least six to eight years successful experience in outsourced contact center services in BPO/KPO in all sectors.
  • Should have complete knowledge on BPO/KPO/ITES setup, market trends, industry requirements and value gaps.
  • Proven track record of successful initiation of  business outsourcing opportunities from North AmericaEUAPEC market.
  • Proven experience in business planning; development of account sales and relationship management plans with proven results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Solid time management skills and strong deadline orientation

4. Manager-Business Development ( Laboratory)

Responsibilities

  • As a key member of the Business Development  team, you must be able to maintain up to date lead database, make business associates as a part of NBD(Lab)  and quotation trackers and help to shape business development strategies in new markets.
  • Attend sector based networking events/groups to raise profile of GRC and maximise new business opportunities.
  • Developing new business opportunities and identifying new leads for Environmental Laboratory Projects.
  • Provide quotations and renewals for projects complied on regular intervals.
  • Identifying new areas & opportunities for the laboratory to develop it’s business.

5. Manager-Tech Services (Environment)

Location : Noida

Number of Position: 1

Role objective 

  • Form-1, Form-1A, CP/PFR and Public Consultation.
  • Cross-checking technical documents for EC and CTE/ CTO
  • Coordination with internal departments within the Organization, Clients, Associate Consultants, Govt. Authorities etc.
  • Presentation before EACs/ SEACs/ PCBs
  • Compliance of audit check list
  • Reporting to Sr. Officials

Responsibilities

  • Assist Team members in getting requisite project information from PP and associate consultants. And at the same time he/ she will inform Senior officials in team.
  • Cross check Form-1, Form 1A and PFR/ Conceptual plan prior to submission.
  • Co-ordination with Laboratory team, Accounts Dept. and Administration Dept. of the organization
  • Cross check the presentation, final submission and coordination.
  • Take the responsibility of presentation the case before SEAC/ SEIAA/ EAC/ PCB whenever it is required.
  • Cross check the information in the Draft EIA, final submission and coordination.
  • Co-ordination for translation of Executive summery prior to submission of Draft EIA to the Govt. authorities for Public hearing, as case may be.
  • Coordination with PCC team and if required, with Govt. authorities for submission of documents, public hearing date and its proceedings.
  • Cross check the final EIA/EMP report prior for submission to SEAC/ MoEF.
  • To defend technical documents (EC proposals/ EIA/ EMP reports/ CTE/ CTO etc.)  at EAC/SEAC/ PCB
  • To carry out the functions of Sr. Managers in his/ her absence.
  • To complete any other activities as per Work Order.
  • To perform any other function as required by Coordinator/ any other Senior officer.
  • To ensure that all the documents are thoroughly checked by the Co-coordinator before printing/photocopying/final dispatch by filling up standard requisition forms.
  • Check and control wasteful use of reprography.
  • Co-operate with MR in maintaining QMS
  • Compliance of audit check list.
  • Reporting to Sr. Officials

Skills and experience

  • To cross check technical documents for environmental clearance, Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate
  • To make presentations before SEACs/ EACs/ PCBs
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience
  • Preference should be given to those candidates who have 7 years of experience in the same field.
